Deploy multimillion-dollar merit, bonus, and 401(k) funding annually while delivering multiple company-wide compensation and benefits processes on time and on budget.

Oversee open enrollment for the multimillion-dollar benefits budget at Plymouth Rock.
TALENT STRATEGY
Led the creation of comprehensive talent strategy to set the foundation for hiring 300 critical employees at new European site.

TRANSFORMATION
Prepared HR-portion of business unit cost transformation for VP-level stakeholders.

HR TECHNOLOGY
Selected and successfully implemented multiple new HR technology systems, including recruiting, onboarding, HR request ticketing, recognition, learning, deferred compensation portal, and compensation benchmarking at Plymouth Rock.​

BUSINESS PARTNER
Guided leaders through goal setting, development planning, succession planning, engagement survey action planning, mid-year and year-end performance discussions, and the annual compensation process in business partner roles at CVS Health and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
PEOPLE ANALYTICS
Led analysis of CEO initiative, which set an internal minimum wage of $16/hour, as covered in The Wall Street Journal.

Developed dashboards for leaders on multiple topics from demographics to turnover and span of control at Aetna.
ACQUISITION
Jointly managed pre- and post-close HR analytics for acquisition integration of Coventry Health Care (14,000 employees), including deploying a vendor's technology tool for organization design at Aetna.
RECRUITING
Partnered on the implementation of a large recruitment outsourcing contract with a Talent Acquisition leader at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
ENGAGEMENT/CULTURE
Designed and analyzed company-wide engagement and culture survey sent to 50,000 employees. Wrote executive summary of results to CEO and supported company-wide action planning at Aetna.
ORGANIZATION DESIGN
Led the design and execution of multiple reorganizations from start to finish, including organization design, talent selection, and employee communications.​​
WORKFORCE PLANNING
Managed workforce planning work streams for data science and data engineering to ensure key talent was acquired, developed, and aligned with business strategy at Aetna.​
